There are many different types of CFL's and LED's. Without knowing a few more specifics, such as the application, it would be hard to find good charts for you. Most manufacturers post wattage and lumen numbers on their websites and catalogs. Determining the appropriate lighting level for your room can be done by determining the types of tasks you are going to perform in your space and then, for most cases, looking up the recommended lighting levels for those tasks in say, the IES literature.
