hi all am a m designing an area to be illuminated with 6x ho t5 flors and intergrating 6 3x3 skylights, with automated blinds on, i have calculated the quantity of light levels from daylight, but am wondering how to measure these in the building and to use this to control the dimming of the luminaires and blinds accordingly.

You need a photo-sensor _base_d daylight harvesting control system, i.e., a system that adjusts electric light levels _base_d on available daylight. Check with lighting controls manufacturers for options.

I am curious about the automated blinds. Can you give more details about their operation?
